Harris Quickfine number 3 contains Perlite Powder.

Add one dessert-spoonful of Powder 3 to the wine. Stir gently to mix thoroughly. Leave for at least 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep the lid on the bucket between stirrings.
